Your booking at Appart Tirol
Please call the owner Reinhard Erler about 1 hour before arrival. This will give him enough notice to greet you at the apartment building! (see your confirmation email for the telephone number)
The apartments are all modern and furnished to a high standard. Each feature satellite TV, free WiFi (fiber optic connection) and a balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with a sink, stove with a ceramic hob, microwave with baking function (no oven), fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher (including dishwasher tabs), dining and cooking utensils, a filter coffee machine and a kettle.
1 set of bed linen, bath and hand towels is provided per guest, per stay.
A ski storage room with a ski boot dryer
A satellite TV is provided in the living room. The Deluxe Apartment also has a satellite TV in the bedroom.

Pets can be brought upon request. This option is only available for the Enzian and Edelweiss apartments. There is a one-off € 70 cleaning charge.
Pets are not allowed in the Deluxe Apartment.
A free parking space is allocated to each apartment at the house.
All apartments feature a stunning view of the Zillertal.
Payment information:
To secure your booking, we request deposit of € 200 per apartment. This deposit must be paid by bank transfer no later than 14 days after placing your booking. You are free to transfer more or even the full amount for your stay. We kindly ask that you pay the remaining difference (i.e. the cost of the stay minus the deposit) directly after check-in. We accept cash or card (Maestro). Please do not forget to include the final cleaning charge and the tourist tax in your payment.
Check-in is possible between 15.00 and 18.00. In case of late arrival, please inform us via telephone by 18:00 at the latest.
Check-Out: We ask our guests to leave the apartment by 9.00 am so that we have enough time for a thorough cleaning.
Tourist tax: Currently, the tourist tax is € 2.20 per person, per day. Young persons aged 15 years and younger by the end of the calendar year are exempt from tourist tax for overnight stays.
The surrounding area
Infrastructure in Hippach
Our guest house is located in the heart of Hippach.
Arrival is via a simple route, as the main road is nearby (however, the guest house is NOT directly on the Zillertal’s main traffic route). Our house is nestled in the valley.
Hippach is located right in the center of the Zillertal. The next largest towns of Mayrhofen and Zell am Ziller are only five and four kilometers away, respectively.
The ski bus (200m from the apartment), village bus, restaurants, bank, sports stores and pharmacy are all within walking distance of the guest house.
The nearest grocery store is approx. 250m away.
Bread delivery service: the bakery is only 500m away. You can visit the bakery on arrival and arrange for fresh bread rolls to be delivered directly to your apartment. Payment for the bread delivery service must be made in full, in advance, directly to the baker.
Distance to the ski areas:
Horbergbahn Valley Station (Ski Zillertal 3000): approx. 2 km (via ski bus).
Zillertal Arena: approx. 4 km (via ski bus).
Hintertux Glacier: approx. 20 km (a 40-minute drive).
